Made to order, made for you

Every Chosen One piece is produced on demand after you place your order. Production usually takes 2-5 business days before your order ships. During drops and holidays it can take a little longer.

Rates and delivery times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. Give the tracking a day or two to start updating.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@chosenone.shop right away - once an order ships to a wrong address we may not be able to recover it.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, or your order is marked delivered but never arrived, email us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

International orders

Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
